Principal technologies

2.The longitude wires must be inserted into slot tunnels (cast iron material), suitable for different diameter.

Wire feeding way
The longitude wires and cross wires need to be pre-straightened and pre-reduce.
1.The longitude wires are inserted into the slot tunnels manually.
2.The cross wire are put into the cross wire feeder, which is controlled by step motor&SMC (Japan) air cylinders,automatic slipping.
