Ceramic Wire Jump Preventer to Ensure Tension Stability
1.This wire jump preventer is used for a radical change of direction and adequate guidance and also prevent the wire jumping during winding process.
2.There is a high-speed bearing in its porcelain circle which contro EPT the sliding distance between enameled wire and the circle under 0.2mm.
3.It also protect the film and assure the beating of the enameled wire in a very small scope to stabilize the tension.
